The vendor's area for SPATS will be in the lobby area of the South Padre Island Convention Center. This area will be available for setup on Thursday, June 14 from 8:00am - 11:00am and again from 4:00pm - 6:00pm. A secure space in the convention center will be available to store items overnight.

Your booth will be clearly identifed by a sign with your company name when you arrive, so please make sure the information you give us is correct and complete. You may hang signs only in the immediate area of your booth and on your table. Signs or banners may not be hung from the ceiling or over doors or windows.

Items and equipment for your booth must be unloaded at the loading dock on the north side of the convention center. Unloading and loading will not be permitted through the front doors of the convention center. If you need assistance with shipping items to the convention center please see the contact information at the bottom of the page and we will assist you.

All SPATS exhibitors will be charged a flat fee of $500.00. Registration for exhibit space must be recieved by June 1, 2012. Any registrations recieved after June 1 will be charged an additional $50.00 late fee. You may register online or you can download a registration form and mail it in with your payment. Please note when mailing in registration forms full payment must accompany the exhibitor agreement.

Your exhibitor fee will include the following:

• A 10' x 10' booth with all piping and draping
• A 6' table with table cloth and skirt
• Two chairs per booth
• A booth sign with your company name
• Electricity for your booth 
• Two SPATS Seminar t-shirts
• Two lunch tickets on Friday 
• Two wristbands for the Friday night social. (additional wristbands may be purchased at the registration desk for $20.00)

The following hours have been set aside for the exhibit area at the convention center to be open for SPATS participants:

Friday, June 15:           8:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday, June 16:      8:00am - 12:00pm

Sunday, June 17:         8:00am - 11:00am

These are the hours when the attendees will have access to the exhibit area. You may choose when to be at your table during these hours.
