Setup

The exhibit area for SPATS will be in the lobby area of the South Padre Island Convention Center. This area will be available for setup on Thursday from 8:00am - 6:00pm. A secure space in the convention center will be available to store items overnight.

Your booth will be clearly identifed by a sign with your company name when you arrive, so please make sure the information you give us is correct and complete. You may hang signs only in the immediate area of your booth and on your table. Signs or banners may not be hung from the ceiling or over doors or windows.

Items and equipment for your booth must be unloaded at the loading dock on the north side of the convention center. Unloading and loading will not be permitted through the front doors of the convention center. If you need assistance with shipping items to the convention center please see the contact information at the bottom of the page and we will assist you.

Fees and Deadlines

All SPATS exhibitors will be charged a flat fee of $350.00. Registration for exhibit space must be recieved by May 27. Any registrations recieved after May 27 will be charged an additional $50.00 late fee. Registration will be done online and you will be given the option to pay by credit card or check.

Your exhibitor fee will include the following:

  • A 10' x 10' booth with all piping and draping
  • A 6' table with table cloth and skirt
  • Two chairs per booth
  • A booth sign with your company name
  • Electricity for your booth
  • Two SPATS Seminar t-shirts
  • Two wristbands for the Welcome Reception. (additional wristbands may be purchased at the registration desk for $20.00)

Exhibit Hours

The following hours have been set aside for the exhibit area at the convention center to be open for SPATS attendees. Periodic breaks have been built in to the schedule to allow attenddees time to visit with exhibitors. You may choose when to be at your table during these hours.

Friday:           8:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday:      8:00am - 2:00pm

Shipping Information

If you need to ship items for your booth to the convention center, please use the address below. Make sure that your boxes are identified as being with the SPATS Convention. Shipped items will be available in the loading dock area at the back of the convention center.
